We moved from NYC to San Diego and used Maffucci Moving and Storage for the move. The experience we've had with them has been beyond excellent. From the start, estimate and planning, through packing and transport, it has been a pleasure. The team of packers and the crew who loaded the truck took great care of our stuff. It was impressive to see their teamwork and efficiency and the respect they paid to our possessions. Really great crew! Pat, Junior, John, Orlando, Joe and one other who I didn’t get his name but they were very professional and they hauled butt. Very hard workers. Pat was the team leader and he had a total “can-do” attitude which really put me at ease through the process. We’re a big family of 6 (plus two dogs) moving 5 bedrooms so it was a little stressful. They came in and Wrapped everything which protected all our furniture. Not a scratch or nick in anything. There were a bunch of things we missed or didn’t pack. No problem, they took care of everything. Before I had a chance to unload my full sized deep freezer they had the damn thing wrapped up and in their truck still full of frozen food. Never seen anything like it. I could’ve brought an elephant in and they’d have it wrapped up and snug in their truck. Great moving company.

I used Maffucci Bekins for my Manhattan move 20+ years ago. When I recently needed help with an interstate move, I contacted them. From the first email to the completed move, I was thoroughly happy with every step. Everyone I dealt with was responsive, helpful and polite. The movers were very professional and carefully wrapped all of my furniture in blankets. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I was clear about what was being moved, and the estimate was the same as the final bill. I would not hesitate to recommend Bekins!

I had a wonderful experience with every person i came into contact with. First Marlon was wonderful in explaining everything to me and even though i was on a time crunch, he said we could get this move done within my timeframe. Then I spoke with Diane and I liked her straight off the bat. She kept me in the loop and worked hard on getting my stuff cross country. But the people who set my mind at ease completely were John and Paulo. When I realized that they were going to be the ones loading and unloading my belongings I knew everything was going to be ok. I will 100 percent be referring them to anyone who needs moving services. I, on the other hand am staying put for a while. I used Maffucci’s web site to request a quote and received a timely follow up call from Tamika. She was the first person I spoke with this morning, and it was such an unexpectedly nice way to start the day. Though my requested move date was not available, Tamika was still very informative and worked to put together a quote for me anyway so that I could be informed as I explored other options. Tamika was so easy to converse with and was transparent and upfront and offered genuine well wishes for my upcoming move. A friend of a friend had recommended Maffucci to me, and I would not hesitate to reach out in the future for their services on the strength of my first contact with Tamika. I couldn't recommend Maffucci Moving more after having such an incredible experience with them! I had a unique challenge that involved almost losing some possessions that had deep sentimental value. They invested so much time compassionately communicating with me and helping me find a solution. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. It's very unusual to be treated like family by a company you have no prior connection with. In the future, I will write a blog post and share the entire story, because it will bring some hope and inspiration to a world in need of such. The people in the office (Diane Gaines, Judd Levine, Keisha) were so patient, knowledgeable and efficient, right up to the movers who helped us (I remember Franco & Eugene, but also the men who worked with them).....they were on time, careful with our treasures, and pleasant to work with. We live in CT, my daughter was moving to her first apartment (in Manhattan), and as soon as the local movers heard the words “New York City,” they trembled and hung up. Maffucci came up to faraway shoreline CT from Long Island — in monsoon-like blinding rain — on time (!), packed up, and were done unloading before we even got to NYC. They dealt with the paperwork, the parking, and all the headaches of driving in the city. The bill was very close to the estimate. These guys are the top. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Let me start by saying that moving is stressful. I think 99% of people will agree with me. I’ve moved many times in my life and for the 1ST TIME EVER (yes, ever!), my move was seamless and easy. There was a team of 4 movers (“Brian and team”) that came over and were professional, polite, communicative, clean, cool and hardworking.I cannot recommend Maffucci enough for anyone looking to move. I hope to not have to move again for a long time, but if/when we do, we will 1000% be using Maffucci.

A 40 mile move is as complicated as a 400 mile move. Every part of the journey was as smooth as glass. Bekins Maffucci WAS INCREDIBLE. The fabulous sales person, Marlon, was exacting on calculating the size of the truck and was a pleasure to work with. He is a moving expert. The moving team of 4, led by Franco, were professional, pleasant, respectful, efficient, coordinated, talented, and just amazing! Great care was taken with protecting my white carpeting. We used Maffucci Storage for our recent move from Bethpage L.I. to Little River S.C. and I could not be more pleased. From the initial contact with Michael Bondi to our communications with Tamika Lewis and Diane Gaines I was treated with professionalism and courtesy. We were told of our closing only a few days in advance, I contacted Maffucci on Saturday and they were able to move me on Wednesday. The movers who came were very professional and took great care in packing our furniture. I was surprised at the quick turnaround, our furniture was delivered on Monday and once again the movers were professional and unloaded our furniture with care.

Used Maffucci twice! Once for a local move and a second time for a move from the East Coast to West Coast. First point of contact Diane was upfront, honest and thorough explained the process , provided clear understanding of the estimate and what to expect. Because of her I knew I wanted to use them for major move across Country. Diane knew this move would be major and worked closely with me and involved management to provide a clear understanding of what would happen to my shipment from start to finish. I needed reassurance because I had a horrible experience with another company years ago. Maffucci pulled together a team and got their best driver for the job specifically for my shipment . Driving across country East to West in the middle of winter can be treacherous so I had many concerns . The driver John Woughter and partner Paolo were amazing and John reached out to me throughout his trip across country. He gave me an eta and it was precise. He arrived with my belongings along with a beautiful handmade house warming gift. What could have been my worst nightmare (2 lot shipment with multiple end destinations ) went smoothly because of John Woughter and a very well organized and coordinated effort at the time of delivery. Job executed without incident because of my driver John and his LEADERSHIP making sure my belongings were cared for from start to finish! I ABSOLUTELY recommend Maffucci Thanks Diane, John and the entire Maffucci team. Indeed Maffucci DELIVERS!!!

We moved locally on long island and they had 8 guys load two trucks and excuted flawlessly in less time than I was quoted.
