Maffucci is returning as a sponsor of the PinkCans4Cancer golf outing on May 14th, our second year supporting this event, and a commitment we made without hesitation.

What Is PinkCans4Cancer?

PinkCans4Cancer is a fundraising initiative under Recycling 4 A Cure, an organization built around a straightforward idea: collect aluminum cans and bottles, and turn that everyday act into funding for breast cancer causes. The proceeds go toward awareness, survivor support, and research.

Their annual golf outing brings the Long Island community together around that mission. It sells out every year, this year included, which tells you something about how seriously people here take it.

Why We’re Involved

Maffucci is a family-owned and operated business. Like a lot of families on Long Island, ours has been touched by breast cancer. That’s not something you forget when a sponsorship opportunity like this comes across your desk.

Organizations like PinkCans4Cancer do work that matters: they fund research, they support survivors, and they make it possible for families going through something hard to know they’re not doing it alone. When we sponsored last year, we knew we’d be back. That hasn’t changed.
